View online The New Earth is here! Dear Gaian, Togatherproject , Across the network, a shared culture is becoming increasingly tangible. It shows in how people step forward by their own initiative. In how responsibility flows to what feels most natural and energizing. In how collaboration feels alive, spacious, and inspiring. This is Gaian culture in practice: self-organization built on sovereignty, trust, and shared purpose. In this month's newsletter, you'll find: Collaborating the New Earth way Showcasing five Health & Wellbeing initiatives Two new hubs worth visiting (in Sicily, Italy - and Pisac, Peru) An invitation to join Gaianet Self-organizing circles in Gaianet 🔹 Collaborating the New Earth way In its calling to unite the builders of a New Earth, Gaianet pioneers forms of collaboration that mirror living systems. Its operating system is holarchic and inspired by nature itself: as within, so without . A regenerative world emerges most naturally when the internal organization already reflects regenerative principles. An organizational operating system exists to optimize for a team’s most precious resource: attention. Through consciously designed habits, roles, and meeting formats, contributors receive exactly the information, context, and support that allows their best work to unfold. The questions guiding this work are practical and evolutionary: How does leadership flow in a decentralized collaboration? What skills support shared responsibility and sovereignty? Which structures invite effectiveness, clarity, and impact? With guidance from experienced holacracy and sociocracy practitioners, and thousands of hours of lived experimentation, Gaianet’s core team has shaped an Operating System Playbook for teams who wish to collaborate in egalitarian, self-organizing ways. This system is alive. Contributing members actively participate in its evolution, proposing refinements to work agreements, meeting rhythms, governance processes, and financial policies. Governance becomes a shared inquiry, held with care and responsiveness. You can explore the OS Playbook here. If you feel curious to experience this way of working from the inside, joining Gaianet as a member opens a door into shared practice, learning, and collaboration with fellow Gaians. Stewarding the next generation 🔹 Project Showcase: Five Health & Wellness initiatives Gaianet's Global Ecosystem Map (GEM) currently holds 1580 initiatives that contribute to a new paradigm on Earth. This month, we’re highlighting five Health & Wellness related initiatives worth checking out. Luminous Birth Luminous Birth offers a roadmap to conscious conception and sovereign birth. They describe their work as a living transmission that supports the highly sophisticated beings now incarnating on Earth. Their offerings include a birth preparation series, certification in birthkeeping, pre-conception and fertility programs, and 1:1 support -- all part of their mission to restore family culture for a Regenerative Future. Re-action Collective Re-action is a collective of organizations promoting circular solutions for outdoor activities and sports with the goal of demonstrating how the outdoor industry could do better for people and planet. Their members rescue outdoor products, revive them through repair and rebranding, and repurpose them for continued use through resale, rental, and donation. Profits support regenerating the outdoors as a common resource. Their goal is to make getting outside more affordable and accessible—while reshaping how people engage with outdoor gear and the landscapes it depends on. Designing space for peace TerraForm Projects TerraForm Projects is a real estate development company focused on creating wellness facilities—and the communities of practitioners that support them. They acquire, develop, and lease healing campuses with the intent to shift how wellness spaces are designed and built. Their design approach includes sacred and bio-geometry, biophilic and biomimetic design, and healing patterns aligned to each space’s purpose -- bringing to life spaces that enhance the ability of both the client and practitioner to heal. MasterPeace MasterPeace offers next-level products and services focused on heavy metal and nanoparticle detox, EMF protection, and hair analysis for deeper health insight. Their detox formula targets modern toxins, including nano-sized contaminants such as “forever chemicals,” using specialized natural binders. Their EMF line features orgone energy with shungite as home décor designed to harmonize the electromagnetic field of a space. And they also offer hair analysis with measurements including 15 major minerals and 6 major toxins. MasterPeace seeks to offer everyone the tools to heal from the inside out. Decentralized funding for psychedelic therapy PsyDAO PsyDao supports progress in psychedelic therapy, science and culture through decentralized funding. To date, they’ve awarded 280K in funding, focusing on crowdfunding and collective ownership of intellectual property. Their model aims to keep intellectual property freely traded, collectively owned, and respectfully managed. PsyDao’s portfolio includes projects engaging a variety of earth medicines and their “Alchemist Grants” offer funding to creators, researchers, artists, and community leaders working in psychedelics. Living with the land 🔹 Two new hubs worth visiting Bioregional culture in Sicily, Italy TorreDelfino is a recently initiated "bioregional storytelling lab" where artists, farmers, educators, and researchers work with the territory of Mount Etna (Sicily, Italy) and Alcantara Valley. They create new stories, practices, and cultural tools for ecological regeneration and community resilience. Founder Jo Vavra was involved with Threefold and their land-based project at Zanzibar over the past years, and has now set out on this new adventure on Sicily. On 24-25 April they host an opening gathering, and you are welcome to come visit, meet, and support at any point throughout the year (just contact them). New Earth community and co-working in Pisac, Peru UnityHub 's physical hub is situated in the Sacred Valley, right on the route from Cuzco to Macchu Piccu. Founder Jono Hendricks and his team steward a beautiful piece of land with a clubhouse, co-working, ceremonial spaces, and living spaces - as well as an online community of New Earth practitioners. Beautiful New Earth vibes, grounded wisdom and enthusiastic entrepreneurship in service of all life. If Peru is in your travel plans this year, make sure to drop by at UnityHub! 🔹 An invitation to participate Gaianet exists as a living field shaped by participation.
